At the end of February, several members of the ARCA team made the journey from ice-covered North Carolina to sunny Las Vegas to exhibit at the 2015 ATM Industry Association Conference (ATMIA). With over 1,000 delegates and more than 100 exhibitors, the show was ATMIA’s largest event ever—and it didn’t disappoint.
This was a pretty big show for ARCA. This event allowed ARCA to unveil our brand-new integration software solution, Envoy. For nearly two years, we have had a team of software engineers developing Envoy with the ambitious goal of creating an integration platform that allows components from different manufacturers to easily integrate with kiosk application software. Essentially, this saves manufacturers a bunch of time and development resources.
This conference also marked the first time ARCA’s Depot Repair has been represented at an event. As an authorized Fujitsu service provider, ARCA’s booth featured demos of large and small footprint Fujitsu cash dispensers. We were also excited to display our newest repair capability—the ARCA LS 150 check scanner. In December of 2014, ARCA purched the CTS group of companies, which allowed us to add this amazing check scanner to our long list of products that we can service. The buzz and excitement about a combined ARCA + CTS was apparent at the event. The next year looks to be full of new opportunities.
