First State Bank Nebraska installs ARCA cash recyclers to create new customer experience
MEBANE NC — April 20, 2017 — First State Bank Nebraska, with assets totaling $475 million, recently eliminated the traditional teller line at several branches and adopted teller pods, thanks to the implementation of cash recyclers. By opting for ARCA’s CM18, First State Bank Nebraska was able to make the transition seamlessly, remodeling their customers’ experience in the process.
“With the addition of the cash recyclers in several branches, we have eliminated the traditional teller line and [now] utilize two separate teller kiosks creating a new transaction experience for our customers,” said Brenda Watson, First State Bank Nebraska’s Chief Customer Officer.
First State Bank Nebraska’s Lincoln, Hickman and Beatrice locations have fully implemented cash automation.
