CM18 helps tellers complete more transactions with fewer trips to the vault
MEBANE, NC (Jan. 8, 2013) – National Bank of Arizona recently installed ARCA’s leading-edge CM18 cash recycler at two of its branches in Tucson and Phoenix.
The CM18 takes the place of a branch’s exposed teller drawers and automates cash-in, cash-out, balancing and inventory functions. In addition to making branches more secure, the recycler also makes everyday operations more efficient.
“The tellers who use the CM18 every day have found that it streamlines transactions,” said Dawn Lukes, Retail Banking Operations Division Manager. “It’s an investment that has made a difference in time management and efficiency.”
Bank officials partnered with ARCA on a recommendation from Nevada State Bank, which is currently using CM18s.
Lukes reports that since the recyclers have installed, tellers are making fewer trips to the vault. They can also clear jams quickly, thanks to ARCA’s integrated, step-by-step instructions and videos.
