Advia Credit Union chooses ARCA for cash automation solutions
MEBANE, NC (MARCH 18, 2014) — ARCA, a global leader in cash automation solutions, is preparing to install 60 CM18 cash recyclers in 17 Advia Credit Union branches. The Michigan-based credit union, formerly known as First Community Federal Credit Union and E&A Credit Union, will transition to a complete cash automation operation at its branches. The cash recyclers will be instrumental in enhancing customer service and increasing branch efficiency.
“Strengthening the relationship with our members is a driving force behind purchasing the cash recyclers,” said Renae Sisk, regional director at Advia Credit Union. “We want our staff to spend more time building relationships with members and less time focusing on cash.”
The CM18 cash recyclers allow transactions to run smoothly and efficiently by automating essential cash functions. The cash recyclers eliminate the need for employees to count cash. In addition, the machines authenticate and secure member deposits. This allows employees to engage more with members while cutting transaction time.
“We’ll save time on vault transactions, drawer set-up and end-of-the-night balancing,” said Sisk. “The strategic drivers of our organization include providing convenience and a high level of experience for our members and we feel like this technology compliments that strategy.”
