Inc. 5000 names ARCA to Fastest Growing Companies List again

ARCA ranks No. 1132 on the 2015 list with 3-year revenue growth of 377%

ARCA, a global leader in developing cash automation technology for banks, retail locations and self-service kiosks, today announced that it has been named to the 2015 Inc. 5000 list of the nation’s fastest growing private companies. This marks the eighth time in nine years that ARCA has been recognized on the exclusive list. ARCA is ranked No. 1132 on the list, 1095 positions higher than its 2014 recognition.

ARCA is listed in the financial services category and was selected based upon its revenue growth from 2011 to 2014. During this three-year stretch of rapid growth, ARCA more than doubled the number of employees at its North Carolina headquarters, insourced a cash recycler assembly line from Europe to the United States, and significantly bolstered its operations internationally through acquisitions.

In 2014, ARCA expanded its operations globally by purchasing the CTS Group, an Italian provider of cash, check and card automation technologies. By acquiring the CTS Group, ARCA strengthened its global footprint by providing banking and retail clients around the world with customer-driven solutions based on cutting-edge technology.

Financial institutions and retail businesses use ARCA’s cash recycling and dispensing technology to simplify cash handling, increase teller efficiency and provide greater internal and external security. ARCA also supplies OEM components to manufacturers of self-service kiosks, providing solutions that make it simple for manufacturers to automate financial transactions.

The Inc. 500|5000 list is a ranking of the fastest growing private companies in the United States. Each year since 1982, the Inc. 500|5000 is ranked according to percentage revenue growth rate. The companies must be U.S.-based, privately held, independent, and for-profit in order to qualify for the listing. Other notable companies that have received this accolade include Microsoft, Timberland, Vizio, Facebook, Zappos, Dunkin’ Donuts, and Oracle.
