ArcaTech Systems Announces New European and Russian Facilities

New facilities in Northern Ireland and Russia support ArcaTech’s continued growth in these regions

Mebane, N.C. – July 10, 2007 – ArcaTech Systems (www.arcatechsystems.com), a leading supplier of transaction automation components for the financial, retail and self-service industries, announced today new customer support facilities in Northern Ireland and Russia. The new business operations will support the growth that ArcaTech has seen in these markets.

ArcaTech’s European managing director, Rudi Ryshway, said, “As we have continued to see substantial growth in Europe and Russia, we are committed to building strong foundations to serve this growth. We are confident that the new facilities will help us better support our customers in these markets.”

The Russian office is located in Moscow and the new Northern Ireland facility is located in County Fermanagh between Belfast and Dublin in the United Kingdom. Both facilities provide local support services for ArcaTech’s customers and local resources for technical support, parts warehousing and repair facilities. ArcaTech’s products include cash dispensers and recyclers, check scanners, encrypting pin pads and other components for transaction automation systems.

The expansion of ArcaTech’s operations builds on a successful first-half of 2007 for the company’s U.S. operations. “Orders have doubled through the first two quarters of this year as compared to 2006, and we are even more optimistic about the rest of this year,” said Mort O’Sullivan, ArcaTech’s president.
