Franklin Synergy Bank Selects ARCA For Cash Recycling Solution
ARCA’s CM18 cash recycler to be placed in new Berry Farms branch
MEBANE, NC (August 27, 2013) – ARCA, a global leader in cash automation solutions, today announced that Franklin Synergy Bank, which is headquartered in Franklin, Tennessee and holds over $600 million in assets, has chosen the ARCA CM18 cash recycler for its newest branch.
The CM18 cash recycler eliminates exposed cash drawers for tellers in branches. Cash is stored inside the unit’s UL 291 safe, and the machine automatically counts, authenticates and secures cash deposited by customers. This provides the branch with reduced transaction times, improved teller accuracy, increased security and more efficient control over their cash inventory.
“We wanted to make the branch environment more efficient,” said Kevin Herrington, Senior Vice President and Chief Operations Officer at Franklin Synergy Bank, “Using automation, software and hardware allows us to reduce the staff required in a branch, thereby decreasing our branch footprint.”
ARCA is pleased to partner with CTS Cashpro's CM18 recycler technology and to share in both companies' commitment to innovation and quality.
ARCA’s solutions help people control and streamline cash operations in financial institutions, retail stores, and self-service kiosks around the world. We develop technology and services that make transactions simpler, more efficient and more secure. Visit arca.com for more information.
