Sussex County Federal Credit Union Installs ARCA's CM18 in All Locations
VP of operations praises cash recycler’s speed and accuracy
MEBANE, NC (January 15, 2013) – ARCA has installed its industry-leading cash recycler in all Sussex County Federal Credit Union branches, helping the institution save time and better serve its members.
ARCA’s CM18, the next-generation recycler that takes the place of exposed teller drawers, is currently at work in each of the credit union’s four Delaware locations: Seaford, Lewes, Milford and Millsboro.
"Our experience with the ARCA support team has been great” said Allen Riley, vice president of operations at Sussex County FCU. “The CM18 is user-friendly and delivers the speed and accuracy we need.”
Ralph Sanders, Project Director at ARCA was impressed with the Sussex branch, “They are a very technologically advanced credit union, to complement their automated banking functions they added our cash recycler to the mix, and we fit right in.”
Riley and his team learned about the CM18 through their own research and were won over when they calculated how much time the solution could save during cash-in and cash-out transactions. With the CM18, tellers can focus on serving members, not counting cash.
ARCA’s solutions help people control and streamline cash operations in financial institutions, retail stores, and self-service kiosks around the world. We develop technology and services that make transactions simpler, more efficient and more secure. Visit arca.com for more information.
