MEBANE, NC (May 7, 2013) Asheville, North Carolina-based Telco Community Credit Union (TCCU) has recently installed an ARCA CM18 teller cash recycler, helping to save time and better serve its members.
The CM18 helps tellers work faster and more accurately by automating essential cash functions. Tellers are more efficient because they don’t have to manually count the cash and have more time to talk with members about their individual banking needs. Cash automation has been the basis of a long relationship between ARCA and TCCU.
Rita Gentry, President of TCCU, has been pleased with ARCA products through the years. “We had an ARCA machine installed in 2005. We like the simplicity of the machine and the durability. We had success with the machine before, so there was no need to change the way the staff was using it. It was nice to keep the same architecture. It’s so simplistic. It’s a machine that’s dummy proof, for lack of a better word.”
