ARCA selected as finalist for 2017 NC Tech Awards

Company to vie for Internet of Things award at Nov. gala event

MEBANE, NC — September 27, 2017 — ARCA has been selected as a finalist for the NC Tech Awards Internet of Things award. The NC Tech Awards is North Carolina’s only statewide technology awards program that recognizes achievement in technology and is presented by the North Carolina Technology Association (NCTA).

In applying for the Internet of Things (IoT) award, ARCA highlighted their ARCA Care service, which helps analyze data to take preventative maintenance measures for all CM18 cash recyclers deployed in the field to date. These daily status reports indicate how much wear and tear a machine has accumulated, making it easier for customers to service their units and avoid equipment downtime.

The awards process culminates with the NC Tech Awards Gala on November 9, 2017 at the Sheraton Imperial Hotel & Convention Center in Durham. Hundreds of business, technology and public leaders from across the state will gather to celebrate the tech sector and honor the winners and finalists in each category.
