Community institution says CM18 increases productivity and is simple to use
Mebane, NC (Feb. 12, 2013) – Androscoggin Bank recently installed ARCA’s CM18 cash recycler in a high-traffic Auburn, Maine, branch. The financial institution wasn’t actively looking for a cash automation solution, but a month-long, in-branch trial convinced the team that the CM18 was a worthwhile investment.
“When using the CM18, our staff isn’t focused on money — they’re focused on our customers,” said Giselle St. Amand, retail manager for the branch. “And since we installed it, we’ve had fewer teller outages and we can conduct more transactions in much less time.”
St. Amand said the branch staff has also found the CM18 simple to use, thanks to its ergonomic design and reputation for worry-free operation. “We can clear 99 percent of jams without opening the safe,” said St. Amand.
The Androscoggin team is off and running with the CM18 after three days of training from ARCA. And when they have more questions, help is never far away. “The ongoing over-the-phone tech support has been extremely helpful,” St. Amand said.
